Is it required to bring an interpreter to the interview?
Not always, but it is highly recommended if you are not fluent in English. A professional interpreter can make a significant difference in the outcome of your immigration interview.
When will I receive the assigned interpreter’s information?
You will receive the interpreter’s details within 24 to 48 hours after completing your payment.
Can I speak with the interpreter before the appointment?
Pre-contact is made only through RAMIGROUP.
Do you offer urgent translations?
Yes, we offer an express service with 24-hour delivery. The cost per page for express service is $45.
Are the translations valid before USCIS and official entities?
Yes. All our translations are certified and notarized, so they are accepted by USCIS, federal courts, and any government entity in the United States.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. For the interpreter service, we accept 50% as an initial payment to reserve the date. The remaining amount must be completed before the appointment.
